TW Policies

TW Attendance

It is MANDATORY to sign up for TW, whether or not you can make it. You can sign up for TW using the calendar by clicking on the event and signing up as "Yes" "No" or "Maybe." Squads will usually be posted up the day before or sooner, but will be subjected to changes. TW MEET UP is always an hour before our TW. We will be keeping track of the activities of members in TW. If we catch you doing something else during TW, you will be kicked on the spot. You will need at least 100 hours before you can participate in a TW.

TW Pay

TW pay will be distributed on Mondays after TW. TW pay will only be given to those who participated in the TW. Participating in multiple TWs will not increase the amount you get. If you sign up as a "Maybe" or a "No" and show up, you will receive full pay. If you do not sign up, your TW pay will be deducted.

TW Ettiquete
You are allowed to world chat things such as "Good Fight" after a TW. You are not allowed to trashtalk at all though. You will get 3 warnings. After the 3rd warning, you will be exempt from the next TW. Try to follow all instructions by me and your squad leaders.

Rules

1. Respect
Respect here is a big issue as it is for other factions. Respect one another as if they were your own family. I will not tolerate any form of drama. If you have a problem with a certain member, please PM an officer about it and they can probably help deal with the situation. If any form of drama rises, it should be taken in PMs, not in faction or world chat.

2. PKing
PKing faction members is not allowed unless you ask beforehand. All drops will be returned to the person who dropped them.

3. Getting Help
Please do not constantly beg for help. Not all of us are able to drop everything just to help you kill a certain boss. If you are patient, we can get back to you. Or you can take the initiative and set up an event on the calendar to go help.

4. Squad Ettiquete
I think that by now most people know what squad ettiquete is. It is all about being nice and having fun questing or doing dungeons. When it comes to drops, if it is a wined/tabbed fb, all 3* and molds go to the winer/tabber. Splitting TT mats is by their roles. The order is: Tank, Cleric, and DD's by level. I highly encourage you to ask in faction for squads and to make faction only squads. It is a great way to get things done and gain some friends as well as work better together.

5. Trading
Try to cut some faction members some deals if you are selling things. It's rude to charge items overpriced to a faction member. Any sort of scams will result in you getting kicked from the faction.

6. Leave of Absence
If you are going to be taking a break from the game, please leave a message in the forums stating how long and why you are going to be away. You will not be kicked when taking a leave of absence.

8. Applying to be an officer
I will be accepting applications whenever I decide to post that we need officers. Applications will be under review by other officers and we all will come to a conclusion within a week.
